I take the real estate business seriously. It has been my full time business since 1974.  I continually work to improve my knowledge of the local real estate market, enhance my negotiating skills, and improve my network of ancillary professionals.

I have a personal commitment to conduct my business the right way. That means complete focus on providing exemplary service, so that my clients feel comfortable working with me.

I am not doing my job right if each of my clients is not referring everyone they know and care about who needs real estate help. For me this means paying the utmost personal attention to my clients needs, and maintaining long-term relationships after the home purchase is complete.

I am a real estate consultant, not a real estate salesperson. When you give it serious thought, it’s clear that you have committed relationships with professionals in every other area of your life – your doctor, your lawyer, and your trusted mechanic.  It only makes sense that your relationship with your Realtor should also be long-term.   It is the ‘traditional sales people’ type of agents who have made their clients feel like real estate is a short-term relationship.  That’s not the way I work.

Real estate in Sedona a large-scale investment.   You should not settle for a sales agent who you can’t come to know, trust, and respect.  The average home owner moves once every seven years according to national statistics. Over a 50-year lifetime as a home owner, without a reliable Realtor you will risk “less than exceptional” real estate service approximately five times in your lifetime.

So what am I saying?  I want to be your real estate consultants for life! It only makes perfect sense. Would you change your doctor every time you are sick?  Would you see a different stock broker every time you make an investment in your 401K?  Why would you want anything less than a long-term relationship with a family real estate agent?

Rather than intruding on other people’s lives with incessant phone calls or door knocking in a frenzied search for the next “deal” I will instead channel my time and energy to helping clients who need my services.  The relationships that I form with my clients makes them feel confident and comfortable to give an enthusiastic endorsement of my services to everyone they can, as soon as the need arises.
