It was completed and first occupied on April 1, 2005, by the current owners, who have resided there continuously since then. It is one unit of four, located in two double-unit townhomes in the second phase of Arroyo Sienna Townhomes. The HOA for Arroyo Sienna Townhomes maintains Arroyo Sienna Drive and other external features of the townhomes. This unit is oriented along a Northeast axis, with the downstairs patio and upstairs balcony at the rear of the unit facing the Crimson Cliffs of the Munds Mountain Wilderness. The rear boundary of the property abuts the Wilderness Area. This space was created to contain audio equipment and provide storage for media. There is also an ethernet connection exiting the wall adjacent to the fireplace. 17) A heat-resistant metal mantel has been added above the fireplace in order that a television can be mounted above it and protected from the heat generated when the fireplace is in use.
